Does the AI chatbot support live agent handover?
Yes. If the bot can’t answer a question, it can transfer the conversation to a human via integrated channels like email.
What happens if the AI chatbot doesn’t have enough info?
It may reply that it doesn’t know. Optionally, we can configure it to route the query to a human.
Do I have to prepare the content myself?
You can prepare it yourself or let us handle it.

No. It requires retraining if your site changes. URL-based content is easier to update; document-based content must be re-uploaded. Some retraining may incur additional fees.

As this is a digital service, we don’t offer refunds for the current billing period once delivered. You can cancel before the next cycle to avoid further charges.
What customer support response times can I expect?
Starter – up to 72h, Pro – up to 48h, Enterprise – 2–4h priority support.
Is my business and customer data safe with the AI chatbot?
Yes. Your content remains private and is not shared between clients. The AI is trained only on the information you provide.
Can I delete or update my content anytime?
Yes. You can add, edit, or remove data sources at any time by contacting our team.
Does the AI chatbot store personal customer information?
Only if your integration or business process requires it, and in compliance with relevant privacy laws (e.g., GDPR). We can configure data handling according to your policies.
What happens to my data if I cancel my subscription?
All your data will be permanently deleted from our systems within 14 days.
